We Do NOT Delete Your Profile or Photos

Unlike other companies, if you are NOT a current, paid up subscriber, we do NOT do the following:

• We do NOT delete your profile.

 • We do NOT delete your photos.

• We do NOT archive your account.

• We do NOT place you in some kind of "inactive status."

What good does that do? Think about it - you were once a paying subscriber - maybe you are taking a break, maybe you are on a budget. Whatever the case, why would we delete you just because you don't renew?

How does that help you get work? It doesn't. Conversely, if we started deleting people, how does that help the casting directors do their job and find what they are looking for? It doesn't! This is why your profile turns into a "Free Account" after your subscription has ended.

What does that mean? Simple. Once your account is created, your profile stays searchable to the casting community, for FREE, until your phone numbers go bad or you ask to be deleted. All of your existing pictures remain searchable as well. Whether you had 10 photos on your profile or 1, we do NOT delete or remove ANY of your photos. Therefore, casting directors can still locate you, contact you directly and book you for work when using our system.

With more casting directors booking and communicating with talent by e-mail, you will continue to get notifications and casting alerts. CD's will also be able to contact you via private messenger and e-mail through the Hollywood OS system. A current e-mail address is critical for everyone, current or non-current.

All accounts, including Free Accounts, have access to edit their information, post for rush calls and review content and forum postings. Bottom line, even if you are not a paid up, current subscriber of Hollywood OS®, you still benefit from your original subscription.

 
Previous/Expired Accounts = Free Accounts
In our very own Brain Surgeon-ified terms... once your account is created, your profile stays searchable to the casting community, for FREE, until your phone numbers go bad or you ask to be deleted. All of your existing pictures remain searchable as well. Whether you had 10 photos on your profile or 1, we do NOT delete or remove ANY of your photos. Therefore, casting directors can still locate you, contact you directly and book you for work when using our system.

Updating Your Information
Keep it current! Not to be repetitive, because I know we just stated this above, but let us reiterate - you freely have access to edit your information, 24/7. Therefore, if you are not a paid up, current subscriber of Hollywood OSŪ, you still benefit from your original subscription.

As a Free Account, you may update your contact information and statistics for FREE, at ANY time. (It is advised that you do this often because you are coming up in casting director searches!)

Once you log into your account, click the "My Profile" link on the left-hand toolbar. Now click "Edit Profile." This will allow you to add, edit and delete your Contact Information, Stats, General, Skills, Vehicles, Pets and Bio. With each page/tabbed section you update, be sure to press the "Update" button at the bottom of the page so your new information is "saved."

 
Updating Your Photos
Not a current subscriber of Hollywood OSŪ, but would like to UPDATE your photo? No problem. If you are a Previous Subscriber, you NOW have a Free Account on Hollywood OSŪ. Therefore, your profile and photos still come up in casting searches. The casting directors can even view the dates of the photos on your account, so it's important that your pictures be current. (If YOU were a casting director, would you cast the person who last updated their picture in 2005 or in 2010? Exactly...)
 
Price for Additional Photos for Non-Current Subscribers

The cost is $25.00 per each additional photo for folks who do not have a paid up, active subscription. (Current subscribers are allowed up to 10 photos for free, as everything is included in a subscription to Hollywood OSŪ.)

This can be done in person during normal business hours, directly online or over the phone by calling (310) 289-9400.

If you are updating your photos directly online here's how you do it:

Once logged in, click on "Account" on the left hand menu. There, you will see a link called "Photos." Once you click on that, you can determine how many new photos you'd like to add and pay directly online. Once payment is completed, you will be able to instantly upload your new pictures from your computer.

 
Need a New Photo Taken?
So, you don't have a photo you like and you need a new one taken. No problem. Get your butt into the Hollywood OS® office and we will take your new pic. (Casting Directors generally prefer the photos WE take anyway.) This can be done Tuesday - Thursday, 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. at 3108 W. Magnolia Blvd., Burbank, CA 91505. No appointment necessary.
 
Where/How to Add Additional Photos to Your Account
Simply log into your account and click "Account." Simply click on the "Update Photos" tab. There you will be able to pay directly online for additional photo slots and upload them instantly from your own computer. Once payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt.

 
Photo Uploading Tips
When uploading your own photos, be sure to upload jpeg or jpg files only, 3 inches x 4 inches in size, and 72 dpi (resolution). This will ensure a successful upload. (Many people upload photos taken directly off digital cameras. Please make sure you are able to resize your photographs before you attempt to upload them.)
 
Email Your Photos
If you are having trouble uploading your photos, you may also e-mail them to us at photos(at)hollywoodos.com. Include your full name and receipt number. We will then upload them for you. Please allow up to 5 business days.
 
Scanning Photos or Bring in Your Disk
If you need us to scan in your additional pictures or upload them from a disk, feel free to bring it in. There is no additional charge for us to do this. (If you DO bring in your disk, please know what specific photos you'd like uploaded.)
